Study In the United Kingdom - If you are looking to study in the United Kingdom at one of it many top-class educational institutions then you must be aged 16 or over, evidence to show that you can support yourself financially during the duration of the course and be able to read and write basic english. Family Reconnection - If your partner or child is in the United Kingdom and you wish to reconnect and remain in the UK more then 6 months then you will need to make an appliction for a family visa. You can make an application to live with your partner, spouse, fiance or fiancee, child, parent or a relative in which you rely on for care and support. If you are applying to join a partner, spouse or fiance/finacee then they must be either a British citizen or a person with settled immigration status (indefinite Leave to Remain or EAA Settled Status and provide evidence of your co-habitation prior to the application. If you are applying to join a child or parent then they must be reasonably expected to live with you.
